Little Learners Lawefield

Little Learners Lawefield was opened in 2017 by Nicola Butterfield and is located within Lawefield Lane Primary school in Wakefield. We are dedicated to providing very high quality early years education in line with the EYFS and focus on the physical, emotional and social development of children ranging from 1 to 5 years old.

We provide a wide range of activities aimed at developing cognitive, sensory and social skills in an enjoyable play environment. These include activities such as song, music and dance, painting and play. Little Learner’s Lawefield has a secure, extensive outdoor play space so that the children can play safely outside.

We develop strong, creative partnerships with parents so that we can support and enhance your role as the child’s main educator. We offer sensitive support during the settling-in process, and regular ongoing contact through a key nursery worker. Regular parent meetings take place to support your child’s learning.
The Lawefield setting can accommodate 40 children at a time.
